Egypt-India Collaboration: 21 Instructors Certified by the National Telecommunications Institute to Prepare Specialized Workforce in Modern Networks

21 instructors from the National Telecommunications Institute have been certified after successfully completing a training program on the technologies of "Tegas Networks," an Indian company specializing in modern network technologies and fiber optics.

This collaboration between the institute and the company is part of efforts to establish the "Tegas Academy" within the institute, which will serve as a specialized training platform in network fields. The academy will join the network of international academies hosted by the institute, which currently includes 12 academies focused on enhancing digital capabilities.

Academy Goals: The new academy aims to train and certify Egyptian engineers in network and fiber optics fields, offering the necessary technical support to enhance job opportunities and contribute to the development of qualified professionals who can provide technical support, installation, and maintenance services in the telecommunications sector.

It is worth noting that the National Telecommunications Institute was established in 1983 as a national center of expertise affiliated with the Ministry of Communications. The institute plays a vital role in executing the ministry's strategy for building digital capabilities through high-quality training programs, consultations, and technical services in telecommunications and technology, in collaboration with major global companies. This contributes to the realization of Egypt’s Vision 2030 to build a digital society and enhance global competitiveness.
